Ingram's Magazine in Kansas City recently issued a list of the Best Companies to Work For in the Kansas City area and Amply Media was chosen as the number one small company to work for.
Ingram's divided the Best Companies to Work For into three categories: Large, mid-size and small companies. Coming in at number one in small companies, was Kansas City-based Amply Media, founded in 2016. The company currently has 65 employees and is growing rapidly.
Amply Media is an Internet media and entertainment company that operates around 40 different entertainment websites which pull in over 100 million subscribers. Amply Media earned revenues of $42.5 million last year. This is up from $34.3 million the previous year.

The company is strongly focused on working as a team. However, individuals within the team have strong incentive to take on responsibility, submit new ideas, initiatives and concepts. Employees are encouraged to take ownership of the projects they are involved in.
